TORGJ does not accept advertisements that:

3. Editorial Independence

Advertising content has no influence on editorial decision-making. Editorial decisions regarding manuscript submission, peer review, acceptance, or rejection are made solely on scholarly merit and ethical considerations.

  • Advertisers have no access to unpublished content
  • Advertising acceptance does not imply endorsement by TORGJ
  • Editorial and advertising functions are strictly separated

4. Placement and Display of Advertisements

  • Advertisements are clearly distinguishable from editorial content
  • Online advertisements may be displayed at random or in designated spaces
  • Advertisements are not linked to specific articles, peer review outcomes, or individual reader behavior
  • Sponsored content, if any, will be clearly labeled as such

5. Decision-Making Authority

All advertising decisions are made by the Publisher and Editorial Management Team of TORGJ. The Editor-in-Chief retains the right to request removal of any advertisement deemed inconsistent with the journal’s mission, values, or ethical standards.

6. Direct Marketing Policy

6.1 Scope of Direct Marketing

Direct marketing activities may include:

  • Calls for papers
  • Journal announcements and issue releases
  • Invitations for peer review or editorial participation
  • Information about journal policies, fees, or initiatives

6.2 Ethical Standards

All direct marketing activities conducted on behalf of TORGJ shall be:

Information provided about the journal, publisher, indexing status, peer review process, fees, or waivers will be truthful, verifiable, and not misleading.

7. Solicitation of Manuscripts

Manuscript solicitation:

  • Does not guarantee acceptance or expedited review
  • Does not influence editorial decisions
  • Will never be linked to payment, advertising, or personal relationships

Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts based on scholarly relevance and adherence to journal guidelines.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

TORGJ respects the privacy of authors, reviewers, and readers. Contact details used for marketing or communication purposes are handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the journal’s Privacy Policy. Recipients may opt out of communications at any time.

9. Policy Review and Updates

This policy is reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with international best practices, COPE guidelines, and evolving ethical standards. Updates will be published on the journal website.
