APC Fees

TORGJ

Article Processing Charges (APC)

As part of our commitment to equitable and high-quality open-access publishing, The Operating Room Global Journal (TORGJ) only charges a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) after a manuscript is formally accepted for publication. There are no additional charges for submission, peer review, standard formatting, DOI assignment, or open access hosting. Authors are not charged for color figures, editorial correspondence, or citation linking services that often incur hidden fees in other journals. Our transparent APC structure ensures that publishing costs are kept minimal and predictable, enabling global participation, especially from low- and middle-income countries. This approach supports our mission to disseminate surgical and perioperative research without financial or geographic barriers. To support our mission of open-access dissemination of high-quality surgical and perioperative research, The TORG Journal (TORGJ) applies the following APC structure. The charges are tiered by current World Bank listing as at May, 2025, and we strive to keep fees as low and inclusive as possible.

APCs apply only after acceptance.

An invoice will be issued via PayPal and payments have to be made within 5 to 7 working days of issue.
